How it works
Your Onli ID is the user-facing name for your Gene — the unforgeable, evolving cryptographic credential at the heart of the Onli identity system. When you set up Onli You, your Gene is created and bound to your verified identity.
From that point on, your Onli ID is how you:
- Prove who you are across the network
- Authorize ownership changes
- Access your Vaults and assets
- Interact with Appliances
